Karukera Lâintense Batch 2
Following on from the first batch from the 2015 harvest and bottled in 2016, this second 2016 vintage was bottled in 2017 to a degree that allows it to support its aromatic intensity. Reduction, stirring and aeration are done slowly, over almost a year.
It is of course the blue cane that is at the origin of this rum, this non-hybrid variety with a lower yield but which gives an agricultural rum with inimitable aromas of fresh cane.
