Don Papa typifies itself with the following flavour profile: notes of sweet fruit and candied fruit meet vanilla, honey and oak. Full and creamy on the tongue. Candied tropical fruits combined with honey, vanilla and spices, as well as notes of fruitcake. The Don Papa Rum Baroko is made in the Philippines from molasses from the volcanic island of Negros. The Don Papa Baroko matured for several years at the foot of the Kanlaon volcano in specially selected American oak barrels, which reveal their fruit and vanilla aromas most clearly. Refinement with local cane sugar and a good selection of barrels gave the Don Papa Rum Baroko its distinctive flavour profile. The result was a rum with notes of sweet fruit, honey and vanilla. Candied tropical fruits, spices and notes of fruitcake appear on the palate.
